BHS FBLA members attended the State Leadership Conference March 13 and 14th at Marshall University in Huntington, WV, to compete with students from across the state in various business events to earn the opportunity to attend the National Leadership Conference this June 26-July 1, in Atlanta, GA. Our chapter came away with 13 awards ranging from 3rd to 1st place.
Third place recipients: Publication Design-Malachi Webb and Zoey Hoffman, Impromptu Speaking-Chloe Hale, Job Interview-Justus Harris, Business Communications-Chloe Hale, Broadcast Journalism-Chloe Blake, Tyler Cobb, and Nelson Conn.
Second place recipients: Public Service Announcement-Nora Boggess, Intro to FBLA-Grace Hoffman, Economics-Denys Pavlov, Agribusiness-Joseph Botkins.
First place recipients:
Intro to Social Media-Hannah Cobb and Josie Harris, Intro to Financial Math-Cole Whittington, Community Service Project-Alexis Bailey and Madison Johnson.
