Good luck to our Quiz Bowl team this weekend as they compete at Marshall University! Their first match will be Saturday morning at the Joan C. Edwards Theater. The competition starts at 8:00 am and the Dots will be the sixth match. Come out and support our Quiz Bowl team!
Seniors and Parents are encouraged to attend FAFSA Night
On Wednesday, December 14th from 4:00 to 6:00 pm Poca High School will have financial aid representatives who will be here to help you to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). Anyone planning on attending college or trade school will need to complete the form. The FAFSA is used to determine eligibility for a variety of aid: federal, state, and school-based, as well as grants and scholarships.
The sooner the FAFSA is completed, the sooner you and your student can make informed college choices.
Come to the Poca High School Library this Wednesday, December 14th from 4:00 thru 6:00 pm to get help from professional financial aid representees to help and simplify the process for your family.
Winter Formal is Dec. 17 from 7-10 pm at PHS. Tickets are on sale now during lunch in the gym ($10). Guest forms are due Dec. 13th and can be picked up in the office, Mrs. Stevens room, or printed from the attachment on Schoology Updates.

Congratulations to our Cheer Team on placing 4th overall at the WV Game Day Cheer Competition! They also received BEST Fight Song routine! This competition focuses on crowd engagement and school spirit and is not separated by class/school size.
